Icebergs in NZ – a visually beautiful side effect of a tragic event. My heart goes out to all affected by the Christchurch earthquake.

Also, I watched this last night. All 48 minutes! Lovely vintage Cousteau exploring the place and space that my imagination is preoccupied with.

Jacque-Yves Cousteau goes to Antarctica – not the best quality footage but there are a few amazing icebergs and ice diving scenes – in the first 10 minutes and then again at around 30 minutes where it all gets quite sci fi – going through seal holes and all you can hear are bubbles and seal sonar and all you can see is filtered light though sheet ice.
